The Porticato dive is an extremely exciting experience. This dive is suitable for every type of diver because the variations allow both beginners and expert divers to enjoy it, without excluding the more demanding and experienced ones. The prairie of Parazoanthus axinellae covering the walls is a joy for the eyes, thanks to the contrast of colors with the cobalt blue waters illuminated by the numerous openings and arches. The porticoes that give the cave its name create a play of lights and colors into the innermost parts of the cave. It is possible to explore it in a simpler way, outside, by following the passages between the arches. For more trained and demanding divers, the dive continues through a narrower tunnel in search of lobsters, mechanical shrimps, and a large conger eel that inhabits the cave and which you might encounter while peacefully wandering between the arches. Outside, beautiful but wary groupers always await us, and we need to approach them very calmly.
